Issues uploading product images in PS 1.6.1

Getting these errors in Chrome dev. And also IE.

index.php:1 Refused to execute script from 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/drvic10k/bootstrap-sortable/master/Scripts/bootstrap-sortable.js' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

 

and this in image window:

 

 

 

Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load 

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated

The console also states it is also failing to load resources - 

 

/img/p/en-default-small_default.jpg

 

and 

 

js/jquery/jquery-1.11.0.min.js

Can you share your site's url? Very odd it's not loading jquery

This is the PS 1.6.1 test site. I have it installed on another site too and creating the same issues.

 

Funnily when I manually load the resources into the browser from the request URL, they load fine. But I get 404 errors in PS.
