Paypal problem

I have the paypal API set up correctly on my paypal payments USA & Canada. When my customers goto checkout it tells them my paypal email address is not set up correctly? I have contacted paypal numerous times with short answers and they never walk me through anything. It has been back and forth for over a week. This is paypals current response:

 

Thanks for your reply. Would you please provide some screenshots for the Shopify Admins page?

The error from the attached screenshot is due to incorrect email address entered.

Also, please confirm the email address that you have added to your PayPal account - [email protected]. If there is any issue while confirming the email address within the PayPal account

 

I am not using shopify nor can I access the admins page. I thought the paypal payments was easy to integrate with any shopping cart? I need guidance so I can fix this issue. Thanks!
