bellini13 Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 I tested this with PS v1.4.8.2 and mail alerts v2.2 and I do not have this issue. The emails received contain the billing and shipping address with the correct names. Perhaps you have changed something in the code, templates or translations that have caused this issue.
