[email protected] Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Dear Forum, Running latest version 1.6.1.14 of PS, but we have an issue we are an unable to resolve. When clicking ADD TO CART on any product, a popup box appears which shows the following to the user:- There are 2 items in your cart: Total products (VAT incl.) £ 6.98Total shipping (VAT excl.) £ 4.99Total (VAT incl.) £ 11.97 How can we show the shipping as Vat Incl. as £4.99 is the correct VAT inclusive charge? Our £4.99 Standard Delivery Carrier is set as 20% UK Standard Rate VAT, so we do not understand why PS is giving the customer the impression that the shipping is excluding VAT when it is not. We are relatively new to Prestashop. In Carriers? In Shipping? Preferences? Everything looks in order in those obvious places.
