Error: "dni required"

Hello boys

I ask a your hand on an issue.

On my site I have this problem:


- For shipments "Italy" and "Italian islands" no problem, set the tax code mandatory and this is regularly required

- For shipments abroad there is the problem:
when it is imposed "tax code" as "not" mandatory, comes out this error "dni required" and "the field is required dni"

 

I tried to create new areas -> countries -> were over again but nothing this message continues to appear, and also the tax code is set only for the nation Italy

 

If anyone has some advice I would be very happy

You can unset "Do you need a tax identification number?" for every country. So dni won't be required.
