ILoveDance Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 Hallo, Mijn back office geeft een witte pagina als ik in het menu geavanceerde instellingen naar configuratie-informatie wil gaan. Ik heb al geprobeerd om de debug mode aan te zetten, maar ook dit helpt niet. Ik krijg nog steeds een blanco pagina. Wie kan mij helpen? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Alleen is mijn hosting bij ons.com die helaas geen error logs bijhouden ;( Heb het aan hun support gevraagd. ... is er nog iets anders wat ik kan doen? musicmaster Posted June 8, 2015 Share Posted June 8, 2015 Ik voeg me bij scorpionsworld. Configuratie informatie duurt altijd eindeloos. Dus als de timeout bij jou wat krap staat ingesteld of de boel wat traag is heb je een probleem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But even in debug mode I just get a blank page… no error messag I’ve deinstalled all modules -> but still a blank page I’ve removed the AdminInformationController.php file and re-uploaded the original one, but no fix I’ve mailed Prestashop support https://www.prestashop.com/en/support But NO answer... I even asked info about the support module to buy, maybe then I would get some action from Prestashop. But no answer Ik weet niet meer wat ik zelf nog kan doen...
