"The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount."

Question

I'm using Prestashop cloud and my store is receiving the following order when I click on the Paypal button at checkout:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

After some digging around, this seems to be a bug with how decimal values are passed from store to Paypal as per:  https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/399285-paypal-usa-138-decimal-issue/page-2

The fix involves changing the standard.tpl which I'm assuming to be a file under the Paypal module's directory. However, I am unable to find this directory. Perhaps it is because I'm using the cloud version.

Can someone give me some pointers on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Sorry, I don't know from whom you got this information, but it's simply wrong. You can access to FTP /Modules /paypalusa. See screen I've attached of my Cloud FTP access.

The restricted access on Cloud is just there open for ONLY modules, themes and overrides, for to make own adaptations.
