NNGNews Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 Hello, We're using 1.6.0.11 PS version since a couple of months, we have noticed that the "notify me when available" option (when an item is temporary out of stock) doesn't work. After writing an e-mail address in the field-text, when clicking on the "notify .." sentence it bump us on the top of the page and the e-mail is not filed in the Database so it doesn't work at all and the customers can't be informed. I think it's a MailAlerts module issue, tried to uninstall and re-install it without success. Anybody else could help ? Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
