But I have the problem that the download file is always shown at the product page description page - before the customer pays for the product. That means the customers don't have do pay. PrestaHeroes USA Posted April 24, 2015 Share Posted April 24, 2015 it 'sounds' like you are attaching the fiiles to the product using 'attachments'. The they will be visible on tab for download. if this is the case, then edit product and click 'virtual product' and add the file there. Then customer will need to purchase the product to obtain download link. note: if my 'guessing' is incorrect, then please provide link to product.
