Veljko Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 After a server crash I can not upload .jpg, .gif or .png pictures for category drop down menu. When I try to upload it I get the answer: category_desktop2.gif : Image format not recognized, allowed formats are: .gif, .jpg, .png As you can see my picture format is .gif, but Prestashop can not recognize it. selectshop.at Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 If things not work again after a server crash, the best thing is to contact your provider and name him the problem. At the begining web site show up but some ordering process was disabled, later it was fixed but not I can not upload images as category pictures. How can I recover Prestashop? selectshop.at Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 (edited) Don't upgrade before your server is not running as it was running before. You should contact your provider and name the problems you are having. There must be a problem on the server and not on your shop which was running before crash without problems. BTW the recover of your shop is a service of your provider, you are not responsible for any loss when server crashes.
