Everything was fine with my website until I changed the option for not allowing orders when out of stock (that is all I did) and all of a sudden my products disappeared from the pages. It shows the number of products displayed, however without the products. See the screenshot for more info. Please help me resolve this issue. I cleared cache, didn't work. However, I use submenus, but it all comes from the Top horizontal menu module. Attached a photo with the settings of layered navigation module. Maybe you get some error. - Does it go back to normal when turning the option back to allow orders when out of stock? - What PS version do you use? Did you start with this version, or did you upgrade to it from an older one? - As far as I can see you use the default theme, not a custom one, right? I tried to have a look at the page, but your shop is in maintenance mode. Can you either turn the shop to open for a moment or add my IP Address to the maintenance IP list, so I can have a look at the front office? Abbeywood Posted April 10, 2015 Author Share Posted April 10, 2015 Hi - On debug mode there is no error - I allowed orders when out of stock - still the same problem - I use 1.6.0.14 (latest) and this is the version I started from, no upgrades - The theme I use is the default one, although I have modified some css properties (which I think is not the cause of this issue) - I disabled the layered navigation module, however no result Pascal, I've added your IP so you can take a look at the front end. I've added a picture for you see that even when I search for some product, it doesn't show the products (even though it says 12 results found). I really don't know what's going on. I mean if you click search after that, or disable instant search from the back office preferences. Maybe I can find anything that helps in the product-list files or category files... If you want that, please PM me some temporary ftp login info and also an administrator account for the back office. Don't forget to add the URL to your back office login. You can let me know your IP if you want to take a look yourself. Pascal, I've PM-ed you. I just want to say that before I tried another E-commerce software (Magento) and back then my website crashed, couldn't index more products because of the limit of php memory of my domain. PascalVG Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 Hi Abbey, Did a check of your files. Found out that for some reason, the themes/<your theme folder>/product-list.tpl was 0 bytes. Not sure how that happened, (and especially as you said it did work beforehand...) Because this file was empty, when including this file in the category.tpl, it didn't add the code to display the products, so that was what you saw. Anyway, it seems to work now. Can you attach your /themes/default-bootstrap/category.tpl and /themes/default-bootstrap/product-list.tpl files (best to zip them first, then click 'more reply options button, then upload the zip file) Or, if you want, I can have a look in your files and see if I can find anything strange. If you want that, send me a personal message (click o my name and then 'send message') and send me the following info: - access info to login to your server/directory with the PrestaShop files, using "ftp" (ask your host to set this up if you need help). - Make a temporary Back office employee (in Admin->employees menu), and give it (super) admin rights. - Send me the login name you choose and the password - send me the URL to your back office login page.
