Web page not available

Hello,

I was messaged from a customer that my store was down.

Then I accessed my store and indeed, it was not available.

However, I then tried using a different browser and it was working.

I'm not sure what browser the customer was using, but it didn't work when I used Firefox. However, when I view my site in private browsing on Firefox, it works fine.

Can someone help me solve this problem and how to prevent it?

If this is happening to other customers, that means I am losing out on potential buyers.

Link of your page ? Perhaps server was down at the moment you tried ?

Hello, no it's not the server. It's the browser. I can view it just fine on Chrome, but it doesn't work on Firefox.

thnxs for your return. You should disable all addons you've installed on firefox. One of them is blocking the site.

I tried disabling the add ons and restarted firefox, but it still didn't work. As I said earlier, it works in private browsing which uses add ons so I think it might be something else.
