tuk66
The database server, database name, user or password set is wrong. Can you check it outside PrestaShop?

kishoreunni
have u transferred img folder from local to ur remote, defines.inc.php file its found in config/ define('_PS_MODE_DEMO_', false); this false to true, change PS_SHOP tables fields domain,domain_ssl,physical_uri to one that is corresponding to ur remote servers fields. make sure u know what u have done if any error comes try to restore these things to ur earlier settings so make a copy of these things and do wat is said above. hope it can work
