Djay99 Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 Hi, I installed Prestashop 1.6 and installed Payumoney (India) payment gateway. Payment gateway has been configured and upon creating a test transaction>making a payment, i am encountering following error: Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart. I am using Payumoney India payment gateway and i am not using multstore. Flow:Add item to Cart>Checkout>Select Payumoney Gateway>Enter Credit Card details>Payment Processed>Redirection to my website and this is when i get above error message. No order # is generated in my prestashop. Have tried for different products but issue still persists. Appreciate help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
