PayPal doesn't confirm payment to Prestashop 1.6.0.11

we have a simillar problem than many people here, but with a different error message:

If anyone pays via Paypal we receive the money (we got the money on our PayPal account), but we don't see any order in our backoffice (Shop verion 1.6.0.11). Our clients also told us that after PayPal (Paypal Module v3.8.2) they are not redirected to the shop page and see a blank white page. Our shop is located in Germany and we got feedback from a Chineese guy and one from the US.

 

Sorry, we were looking for a very very long time to find a solution, but we are lost. Would be nice to get any help.

Hi, I've the same problem and we are using this module for subscriptions paypal payments http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/8182-paypal-subscriptions.html

 

I'm lost too...

The error message is pretty clear

The delivery address country is not active.

 

Do you look at the delivery address provided by your customer in Paypal, and confirm that this country is active in your store?
