Please rename the titel. The translation says exactly: "payment modules" and not "paid modules". It should be " Módulos e Temas pagos" for paid modules and themes.
The problem now is that only payment modules are added there and for the others users open discussions in "general discussion" forum section.
In fact also the section "Módulos grátis" should be renamed in "Módulos e Temas grátis" - to comply to "free modules and themes"
