Invoices do not show products + change the template

Hey everyone,
 
I have two problems:
 
1. Invoices sometimes do not appear . The button is grey, I can download them from the documents and it is send to the customers email but do not have Product name or quantity.
 
At the same moment other product had everything, I can't find why.
 
2. I would like to change the way invoices look like, top lines overlap the logo.

Could anyone take a look please? I'm struggling with it, but nothing works. I turned off advanced stock and yesterday everything was ok, today I test it again and invoiced do not show for any order in the backoffice, for the customer everything is fine but there is no product name.

Thank you, but it was not an issue. I have solved it yesterday:

 

1. I deactivated advanced stock management

2. Changed speed of my shipment options (5&6) <- no idea was it helpful, but when it was 0 it didn't appear. When both had the same speed it was the same.

3. I restarted performance options and cleared cache

 

 

Other issue with the logo (probably mine is too big)

I opened //pdf/header.tpl and added <br> after one of the first commands which had (...)logo(...) in it. It worked, but again - restart performance.

 

 

I'm sad that prestashop community is no longer helpful.
