Recommended Posts

Hello members!

I am using Prestashop version 1.1
And i will like to know where to add my back-links.
Because i have to paste a HTML link of a site somewhere, but don't know where :red:
This is very important for me.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, you know you have to have some backlink URLs to your shop for your ranking right?
Ok here is the problem.
I can submit my URL to some site's, but they want to change URLss.
I have to place there link to my shop or site. its a html link like

webwinkels Startze

when submitting, they said that there is no URL found.

I want to know where and how to place the html link above so the site wil approve my submitting.

I hope you understand, because my English is terrible.

the whole thing is i want to make backlink URLs. because i have a ranking of 0/10

You can do one of the following:

1) Create a new "Links" page using the CMS editor (in the backoffice), you could add links to that pretty easily...
Then you will want to create a link from your homepage to this new links page.

2) Use the Link block v1.4 module, this will place link on every page of you site (unless you add an exception to tell it otherwise).

Usually you want to exchange similar links, so if someone put a link to you from a links page, you want to add their link on a links page, and if they do it from their homepage, you should do the same.

I would recommend creating a links page (option 1) and put most of your links there, and if you have sites that you are closely affiliated with or have a really good relationship with, than place their link in the links block (option2).

Ok Tomerg3,

First of all i would like to thank you very much for your reply.
It helps me to understand what i was doing wrong.
Some times is hard to get some answers on the forum.
And yes, i do search for 3 days. but it was at simple as that.

Cheers mate.
