luke_devon
Hi I have installed latest presrtashop and tried to configure some products. But when there is a combination, displayed price on the product page is 0.00. Actual price will displayed when there is a single product. Can you please tell me how can I fix this issue ? Thank you Luke.
NemoPS
How are you generating combinations? Also, are you using a custom template?
luke_devon
Hi Nemo Thank you for the reply. I have used "Product combination generator" on product page. But after i "generated the combination" product price will display as "$0.00" . If there a single product and if I didn't use Product combination generator , I would see the actual price of the product. also currently I am using a third party prestashop theme. Thank you Luke. tomerg3
Next time, post a link to your site, it makes it easier to check. It sounds like your currency rate may be set to 0 (in Localization->currencies), the default must be set to
luke_devon
Hi I already set the default to "1". Please see the attached. Currently my site is in localhost.
luke_devon
Okay , I think I have fond the issue. As I go through the files which comes with the "Third party theme" is not up to date. When I open a file, I could see presrtashop 2007 - 2013. So , i have uploaded product.tpl , and product.js manually from the latest prestashop to the theme. Now I am able to see the price correctly on the current theme. Thank you all for your kind support.
