I installed the Shoes Store Responsive PrestaShop Theme - ET Chaussure theme on my prestashop cloud store (was told by the customer service chat line person that it was compatible with prestashop cloud) but when i click on 'use this theme' , it will either go to a blank screen (in chrome) or an error message "http 500 internal server error" (in IE) will appear with reasons being: Most likely causes: The website is under maintenance. The website has a programming error. The above is for the backoffice. When i login to the backoffice in a new page, it still shows the default theme is being used. The front office shows the default theme. Any advice? If this can't be solved, can i get a refund for it? I've tried emailing the customer service twice but have been ignored and its been four days.
