When a Customer trys to procede to paypal through my website they are getting an error that says: Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: -> Has anyone ells experienced this and or knows the fix for this error? All my credentials are correct eg. Signature ect. I am using the paypal module PayPal INSTALLED Version : 3.5.8 My website's domain is www.perfumeyou.com if you wish to test it yourself. bellini13 Posted January 26, 2015 Share Posted January 26, 2015 Your paypal module is very old, and needs to be update to support the change that Paypal has made. SSL v3 (POODLE issue). Search this Paypal forum for the solutions. You also should have received numerous emails from Paypal on this topic over the past several months...
