max_input_vars

Hi,

 

I have a problem with the max_input_vars. My hosting provider has a default setting of 1000, but I need to increase this. If I put a php.ini file with the line

 

max_input_vars = 8000

 

in the root folder of my website and then I look in a PHP info file, the max_input_vars = 8000 is increased as expected. But if I want to load the site I get an error;

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method mysqli_result::fetch_all() in /home/spenn/public_html/classes/db/DbMySQLi.php on line 112

 

Any Ideas why?

what is your prestashop version that you use at the moment?

I use the latest version...   1.6.0.11

The new php.ini might not be loading mysqlnd

If you are not managing your server, try asking your hosting

We were having the same problem and it turned out that our host were using an outdated php.ini overide file.

Try to change the global_vars and magic_qoutes to OFF in the php.ini file.

Easy and best solution for this problem is. Contact your host and tell them to but max input wars bigger.

I waited for one week for my hosting provider to resolve this... Finally he placed his own php.ini, which is all broken up, but apparently works.  :-)
