Emergency....my site is not working anymore....

so everything in back office is gone, sales figure, settings (like the cache is set to off even I checked it again, save ) but it stills off after, customer account can't be authorised in front end, 

 

I enable error reporting and this happens...

You should be able to go to your mysql and download a backup of the database from the manage backups tab.

Look at the dates on the backup and download one older then when the error started.

Then open the database and import the backup you just downloaded.

 

Always backup your database once a week or so either manually from the export tab in the database or from the back office of prestashop.

 

What host are you using.

Contact your hosting provider and give them the error.  They should be able to help you
