NemoPS Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 Are you using any third party service that ties into email sendouts? Like for example mailchimp. SOme of them modify all urls in emails. When I add the {followup} in the email template by using the editor I see it encodes it and that breaks it. All fine if I add it as text but when I use it as a href URL it encodes it and stops working. Not sure how to fix. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
