bellini13
Why do you have an override of the PaymentModule class?
kalua
Hey Bellini Thanks for your reply, but i have no idea from where this override come from or for what it is useful. I installed 1.6.0.9 and everything is running fine except this problem that appears when i make an order in the backend.

bellini13
I certainly cannot tell you where you received the override from. You need to determine what module you installed that included the override. You can also "disable all overrides" in the back office, advanced parameters > Performance page to see if the problem goes away
vekia
problem is probably connected to your payment override. first, we have to know for what purposes this override is there. this override can change totally the way of how orders are placed in your shop. this is why there are some chances that this override can affect orders system. kalua
Thanks Vekia, that might be a way to the solution. I will disable overrides tonight and test it again. Will send you further information tomorrow ... Thanks so far for the help ;-)

kalua
Hey all After a bunch of hours searching for the problem, i found the solutions and problem. The idea came from the message "order country not active" In our case, we are selling products only to foreign countries, but not to our own country where the shop is located. This means that also the country has to be set active that is stored in localization/configuration. If this isn't done, this error appears. bellini13
Thanks for sharing your solution. I would suggest that you report the issue to Prestashop using their Forge. That is the only way the issue will be addressed in a future version
