Debug Report Not Showing

Hi, I enabled debug reporting in the defines.inc.php file

But strangely, the debug data is not showing at all

 

My php setting already allow for error reporting as you can see in the screenshot

 

 

Any idea how this happens?

from hosting control panel, can you review the logs-->error_log to see if expected error is there?

 

some hosting companies can suppress error display regardless of settings,  you may want to chat with them as well.

No, there is no error at all

At first the debug report works well, then I simply can't turn it off. I thought it's related to Presta's bug or something else so I decided to reinstall the Prestashop, now the debug report simply not working at all

 

I already chat with the host, they said nothing wrong at all

when you say there is no error at all, was there an error_log file or no error_log file as seen from your hosting control panel?

 

gosh I really wish I could exactly say what was wrong...ave maria
