baloghge Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 Hi all, ***This might have been discussed before, though my search did not provide any solution.*** I cannot get the Discount amount or Discount % to show up properly in any of the order confirmation emails. The Discount part says: 0,00 Eur - though i'm pretty sure is should say -5% or some value. The total as well as the unit prices are correct in the email. I'm using a simple quantity based discount logic. I have not altered any email file and the config is set to "display discount price = no". It is Prestashop 1.6.0.9 Does anyone come across of this or could you help with a possible solution pls? Thanks. greg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
grega33 Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 Hi! The same problem here!!! I'm using Catalog Price Ruler inorder to apply 2% discount on all articles in our portfolio. The catalog itself shows original price (striketrhough), new price and a discount, which is OK. The prices on the confirmation e-mail are correctly calculated with discount, however, the discount itself is shows 0.
