durangodave Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) I noticed that i had about 10 abandoned carts over the last 4 days. Is that a normal thing? I went thru the whole shop last week and made sure it was all working, including using the PP sandbox. So are abandoned carts normal and are there any stats as to what is a normal percent? durangodave Posted November 15, 2014 Author Share Posted November 15, 2014 (edited) No orders yet, the first two weeks i had issues, i did not know there was a problem with the paypal process until someone told me. Second since my ip was on the maint mode i had no clue i left it on maint for a week. My fault on those for sure. But thats why i went thru the whole thing again and PP sandbox too. It seems to be fine now. All that happened about 2-3 weeks ago and so its been just over a week since i fixed it all. Thats why im worried so many so soon.
