Duplicate a free module

I need the Universal payment module duplicated 5x so each can be installed and configured separately. Im sure its a very quick simple job, but i have no idea how, im not good with code.

 

We have a ERP system (SQL PYME) linked to our store, it syncs all the customers, products and warehouse with prestashop. Many of our customers have credit terms with us, ie 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc, and each payment term needs to be linked to a payment module within prestashop. I have installed the Universal payment module, and setup one payment type and it links perfect with our ERP, but if i add a second, third or fourth payment type to the module, my ERP only recognises the module itself, and not each added payment type, so if the module could be duplicated, say with just a number added to the module name, my ERP would recognise each installation of the duplicated module as an independent payment type.
