ovy79ro Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 Hello, I have a problem with my prestashop site: after i clear cache from /tools/smarty, my site no longer displays. See only a white screen. I solved the problem by making back-up files on the server and now site is working. Why when i clear cache from /tools/smarty my site wont't work? Thx. SGPinc Posted August 18, 2015 Share Posted August 18, 2015 I have same problem in version 1.6.1.0 and 1.6.0.14 1. In 1.6.0.14 the problem is file "class_index.php" in /cache after backup only this file everything is OK. - something with /override 2. again in 1.6.0.14 " Disable all overrides" to YES fix the problem and now i can clear and manipulate Cache. (not solve) 3. in 1.6.1.0 i'm stuck. The upper two things do not have effects. O, and i clear the cache from backend not from file structure.
