Is this problem in all invoices? Did you have any test orders. What is history of your shop? I mean, it is hard to bring near a solution without knowing details. PrestaShop itself contains bugs and many modules add another ones. It is almost impossible to solve it without details (database records, screen shots, exact PHP error, way to repeat the error).
