When I click to generate new products thumbnails, I am waiting about 5-8 minutes (nothing happend at this time) and then I see 404 error on my webshop. Can anyone help me in that issue? vekia Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 you see 404 probably because there is not enough resources to run your query. have you checked server error logs file? in case like that error reporting in prestashop will not work. if it is possible, please check server error log file. kollek Posted September 12, 2014 Author Share Posted September 12, 2014 Error log on server show nothing. I've just erased many images and old products but still nothing. The same problem. IMG folder has just 470 MB. Disk usage on server less than 7 GB. Disk space- provider say nothing up till 30 GB. The problem is only with products images. I have no idea what is going on. kollek Posted September 16, 2014 Author Share Posted September 16, 2014 It looks I found solution. I disabled cache in PS and thumbnails started to regenerate. I've done "small" and "small_default".
