oriente360 Posted August 29, 2014 Share Posted August 29, 2014 Ciao a tutti, tramite backend riesco a generare e scaricare tranquillamente la fattura, mentre in front end, se nelle opzioni abilito la possibilità per il cliente di scaricare la fattura non va. o meglio, appare l'icona della fattura ma quando si clicca la pagina rimane bianca. tuk66 Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Impostare Set define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); nel file /config/defines.inc.php per vedere l'errore - la pagina vuota significa HTTP 500 Internal server error. in the /config/defines.inc.php file to see the error - the blank page means a HTTP 500 Internal server error. Chiedere all'amministratore del server come aumentare tale. The memory limit for PHP scripts is set to 48M. PrestaShop needs at least 64M. Ask your server administrator how to increase that.
