vekia
that's definitely not default behaviour of prestashop have you checked things like permissions for modules directory and all subdirectories with modules ?
frank_jarle
Have you tried to just re-upload the Zip-file from Modules? Modules->Go to top right corner and upload the original Zip-file you received. Also check the permissions is not changed and is being correctly set. NemoPS
Using an ftp client or the file explorer of cpanel, try and see the 'chmod' property of files and directories. It should be 755 for directories and 644 for files

NemoPS
What's your new host? You can try with 666 for files and 777 for directory as a test, but don't keep them afterwards as they're too risky

favor911
Hi, there The problem was that the module i had installed was for prestashop 1,5 And i have 1,4. That`s why i got blank modules page. After deleting (by FTP and by clearing from modules list) everything works ok. Thanks to everyone for support.
