tonti-snc Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Prestashop 1.6.0.8, default theme. I need to fix a big big big problem. 1 - the cart always shown "free shipment". I've tryed dozen of combination but nothig change. shipment don't work. 2 - if the user go to checkout, after the login, at the shipment page, is alway shown "No carrier for the selected area". I'm losing a lot of money and clients. I put my hopes in the version 1.6.0.8 of (and more hoped) to get help from this forum. Bad hoping. I had to take the decision to remove prestashop. PrestaHeroes USA Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 My guess rather than a 'bug' is that your shipping is not configured correctly and there is certainly not enough information provided to really take any other sort of guess. here is offical doc on shipping, http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Managing+Shipping double check your settings to ensure that check out country has related carrier. tonti-snc Posted July 20, 2014 Author Share Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) Thank you for your suggestions. I have 3 prestashop stores and I'm the master of other 4 prestashop stores. My "main" store is the only directly installed as 1.6.0.6 and is the only with this problem. 2 stores with 1.5.8 give no problem. 1 store updated from 1.5.8 to 1.6.0.2 than to 1.6.0.6 and finally to 1.6.0.8 gives no problem.
