glowbling Posted June 24, 2014 Share Posted June 24, 2014 Hi. I have done a re-installed PrestaShop 1.6 version. I still cannot login to back office. I enter the correct details at the login page but redirects back to login page no error message or anything just straight back to login page. I have used "lost password" but exactly the same things happens. If I enter a incorrect password I get a error message. But when I enter correct login details I get no error message but redirects back to login page. Please could you help. I am a complete novice so a step by step fix will be much appreciated.
