GymPal Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 Hi guys I updated to prestashop 1.6.0.7 the new version of prestashop and i cannot access my backoffice and enable my store! I cleared the cache the cookies even try on another computer and nothing happends! I have a blank page! I went to my ftp and looked into settings for password and id but they are correct! selectshop.at Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 Activate debug mode. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/ I had no problems on upgrade from PS 1.6.0.6. to PS 1.6.0.7 on my stores, so I think it depends on server configuration and/or extra non native add-ons you are using.
