cqq Posted June 19, 2014 Share Posted June 19, 2014 Is there anyway to relate customer message and his order reference when he send a message through "Contact Us" page. In the BO->Customers->Customer Service, I couldn't find order reference regarding to his message which give me a hard time. I need to look at the shop email before I can reply him.
