KCavanagh16 Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 I am a new user but have developed a Prestashop site which has taken me too many hours for the basic site it is. I went to log on and continue updating my Prestahop catalog (http://www.beaverbrookceramics.com/catalog/ ) and I am recieving an error message that reads as follows "The employee does not exist or the password provided is incorrect". I have not changed my password and when I click the (reset password) tab a box appears that says it sent me an email (I have an AOL account) but I never recieve any of these emails.
