I bought the page builder Creative elements for prestashop 8.1.0. I use prestashop locally via a MAMP running on the latest MacOS and Apple Silicon with no Xcode tools installed. The php version is 7.4 and the mysql version is 5.7.39. Unfortunately some errors don’t allow me to use it. (I’m really novice with prestashop and know nothing about php). I contacted the support of creative element but no answers. I really don’t know what to do, could someone help me to find a solution ? Buenas, Estoy teniendo problemas a la hora de crear usuarios desde el backend, accedo al formulario, relleno los datos del cliente y tras darle a guardar, se queda pensando varios minutos hasta que me lleva a la ruta: https://www.dominio.es/admin*****/index.php/sell/customers/new?_token=***** con error 404 con las llamadas que se ven en la imagen. Si luego accedo a la lista de usuarios, aparece creado. He hecho el proceso con el modo depuración activado, adjunto captura de las llamadas de AJAX, una de ellas: https://www.dominio.es/admin*****/index.php/common/notifications?_token=*****&rand=*****, da una latencia exagerada (lo mismo que en las llamadas tras dar error 404) y por ahí debe estar el problema, pero tras investigar no he dado con la solución. (ademas como se ve en la captura, la llamada a esa url se repite varias veces, tal vez sea normal, no lo se). He desinstalado el módulo de 'Experiencia minorista' y desactivado la llamada a addons.prestashop modificando el archivo 'AddonsDataProvider.php', pero no ha servido de nada. ¿Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando y como solucionarlo?. Hi! I'm getting totally confused because I can't find a solution for long days for my issue already. What we have: A working PS 1.7.5 production MULTISHOP site with 2 shops, VPS (Apache/Nginx, PHP 7.2) and Transformer theme by S-T themes. The items are updated daily and we can't determine the start of this issue but it started to stop with the "error" message. I figured out that there's an Internal server error 500 by the ajax call. Even if only 2-3 columns are imported! Please see the screenshot below. Sometimes after 5 products, sometimes 15, absolutely random values. The site owner told me that sometimes he managed to finish it for 3rd-4th try, sometimes totally not. The CSV files seem to be perfect. I had a developement version of the site and I couldn't reproduce the issue. (I hardly believed the owner that the issue presists.) The biggest comedy that I cloned the site on the server to figure out what the problem was and after several tries surprisingly it started to work. They are in the same environment and I'm not able to mess it up again -> so I don't know the solution. What I tried: - To find a registry in the server error logs for the 500 error (Apache, Nginx) - PHP memory -> 512Mb - Checked input times (300-600s) - Regenerated .htaccess - Checked the product numbers inside the 2 shops (they are equal) - Turned off memcache - Turned off overrides (btw debug mode isn't working on the import page) - Turned off non-offical PS modules - Fixed all the folder and file permissions (755/644) - Tried to cut back and forth the input CSV-s - Checked for duplicated product references - Read all the forums - Tried to debug the error message with additional informations with no luck - PS service module -> DB fix and optimize - And a lot more.... Please can someone help? What should I check more? Thank you very much. You can save a man going crazy.

Hello all, i have a problem with upgrading my Prestashop from version 8.0.4 to any latest version via 1-Click Upgrade module. Still writing the same error: Download complete but MD5 sum does not match (d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e). I try any sollution from forum (instalation from local archive or local directory), but problem is still persists. Instalation is new, only with purchased template and the error was even before installing the template. Thank you very much for any help!

Buenas tardes gente, acabo de toparme con un error que no se si es algún tipo de bug de la nueva versión de PrestaShop (8.0.1). Al intentar actualizar las traducciones de mi tema (es la primera vez que me meto ya que es una nueva instalación), se queda cargando infinitamente y sale una alerta arriba a la derecha que pone "undefined" (adjunto captura). ¿Sabéis de que puede ser? Things I have tried: 1. - Uninstalling and reinstalling the Wire payment module - Increasing max_execution_time to 3000 - I uninstalled and reinstalled the Cash on Delivery module - I generated email templates through the admin panel I copied another email template, renamed it and it appeared in the templates, but in the statuses it was no longer possible to choose to associate it with a specific order status. - I have chosen another selectable email status and after that, when choosing payment on delivery, the same message appears as in the case of an order with payment by bank transfer. 2. - I changed the email address associated with the store - I wanted to try ways from other forums, but there are no paths on the server such as: /tools/swift/Swift/ /tools/swift/Swift/Plugin/ The version of prestashop I am using is 8.0.4 and the version of PHP is 7.4.5. I'm trying to install prestashop on my Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Server(with nginx) But the installer always times out when installing the templates.

Estoy teniendo bastantes problemas con el calculo del IVA en las facturas de los pedidos, adjunto un ejemplo para que veais que no se calcula correctamente. Total productos: 217.44€, los impuestos (21%) deberian ser 45.66€, pero son 45.36€, por lo que el total son 0.30€ menos. Por dar algunos detalles, el producto en cuestión tiene combinaciones con impacto en el precio negativo (adjunto captura, es la ultima combinacion la del pedido), el precio sin IVA y sin ningún impacto sería 3,140496€. Adjunto captura con la configuración de redondeo que tengo puesta en el Prestashop (1.7.6.8). ¿Alguien sabe porque ocurre y como puedo solucionarlo? Gracias y un saludo!!

Hi I am running PS 1.7 and was busy installing free modules. After one of the modules completed installation the BO gave Error 500: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. I have done some reading about this error and the modules and found one link that said to uncomment 'php_intl.dll' in init.php file. This had made no difference. Another forum advised to clear the cache folder which also made no difference. I also read about manually removing the module folder and then remove the corresponding module's line from the PS DB but according the PS they advised against just deleting the module from the store. I am not sure if there is a way to manually remove modules successfully? I would prefer not to reinstall PS and would like to know if there is something that can be done to remove the modules? The other problem is that I didn't keep track of the free modules that installed so I am not sure which free module caused this problem. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded to Prestashop 1.8.0.4 PHP 8.0, and my site URL is https://www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk/ When attempting to checkout as a guest it takes me onto the checkout page and allows me to put my addresses and everything in, but as soon as I click proceed to payment the page returns an error 500 every single time. When I am already signed into my account and I click proceed to checkout, the screen automatically either whites out or returns the error 500 without taking me to the next page. Tengo una instalación de Prestashop que me está dando el siguiente error al intentar traducir un módulo instalado o al usar el AP PAGE BUILDER de la plantilla de LeoTheme que estoy utilizando (en concreto Minimal). 403 FORBIDDEN ERROR You do not have permission to access this document. El error se produce en el momento que quiero guardar y me ocurre desde que trasladé el Prestashop a un nuevo servidor y actualicé la versión de la 1,6.1.10 a la 1,6.1.13 Facilito alguna información adicional La versión actual de Prestashop es la 1,6.1.14 La versión de PHP es la 7.0.19 Panel Plesk Todas las carpetas tienen permisos 775 Todos los archivos tienen permisos 664 He cotejado la base de datos y no tiene errores. He vaciado la caché de de Prestashop y del navegador, incluso he probado con varios navegadores. No he detectado ningún otro problema, el Frontpage parece funcionar bien. No tengo ni idea de por dónde seguir, agradezco cualquier idea que me podais facilitar. Un saludo.

Muy buenas comunidad, Estoy empezando a montar una tienda y este CMS tiene muy buena pinta...😊 El caso es que intentando crear un proveedor (el primero), rellenando todos los campos o solo los requeridos, al guardar da el error que he adjuntado... La ruta es la siguiente: Catalogo -> Marcas y Proveedores->Proveedores->Añadir nuevo proveedor. He reinstalado por completo y persiste. La versión es la 1.7.6.1 El error hacer referencia a un dni pero no hay ningún campo en el formulario relativo a esto. ¿Alguien sabe que ocurre? Gracias y saludos!

Hi everyone. I've just installed PS in my local machine (OS X), everything went smoothly but when I try to log in to the admin panel it get's a loop redirecting to the same page (login page) all the time without an error message (it only shows the error message when I type a wrong pw on purpose). It is the first time I use PS, I've already seen in the forum that it is a common problem (or at least it used to be) and I've tried what I've found here and in Google, but usually are related to servers, browsers... not in local machine, so I'm still blocked. I'd appreciate a lot if someone had a solution. Many thanks

Aquí si veis, en la pantalla de búsqueda de productos, aparece que este producto tiene 59 unidades en stock: Sin embargo, si entro en el producto, la suma de las combinaciones ni se acerca: A alguien le ha pasado algo parecido o sabe dónde podría estar el origen del fallo? Hallo Zusammen Ich bin der Stephan und neu hier. Seit gut 3 Wochen läuft mein Frotend vom Shop zwar aber ich komme nicht mehr ins Backoffice. Wenn ich den Adminbereich öffne, kann ich die Anmeldedaten eingeben und nach ein paar Sekunden kommt die Http Error 500 (weiss mittlerweile das dieser nichts aussagt). Ich kann die Anmeldedaten eingeben aber nachher passiert nicht mehr. Durch die verschieden Beiträge habe ich bereits den Ordner gamification unbenannt. Bis jetzt ist der Shop einwandfrei gelaufen und wir hatten keine Probleme. Währe euch sehr dankbar wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte, da wir anfangs November den Shop Live schalten wollten. Sollte ich etwas vergessen haben, füge ich diese gerne hinzu. Witam ponownie. Poprzedni problem ze słowami anglojęzycznymi został naprawiony w miarę możliwości - zobaczymy na jak długo Pojawił się po aktualizacji kolejny problem jakim jest brak możliwości przekierowania adresów. Dla przykładu: Adres jakim jest np. www.prestashop.com/gallery chciałbym dzięki wbudowanej opcji możliwości zmiany adresu w module przekierować na adres www.prestashop.com/galeria (by były polskie odpowiedniki słów w adresie) leczy gdy ustawiam tak w module i chcę przejść na nowy adres to wyświetla Błąd 404 lecz normalnie widzi adres pod starym ustawionym mimo zmiany i teraz pytanie co mogło pójść nie tak? Czy to wina właśnie aktualizacji do 1.7.8.8 czy jednak coś innego? Ustawione są przyjazne linki, dodana strona w Ruchu i nic nie pomaga. Czy ktoś jakieś rozwiązanie? Może jakieś stare cache gdzieś się kryją które trzeba usunąć? Może plik .htaccess jakoś źle jest ustawiony.
