It doesn't tell me an error, just doesn't do anything. I have not check the email option because I read others having the same problem fixed it that way. Please help this is extremely frustrating! First thing you should try is a different browser. If that doesn't work then download the PrestaShop package again from prestashop.com and try and reinstall. ajoiner Posted April 29, 2014 Author Share Posted April 29, 2014 Thank you for your response. I started this on Chrome and then tried on IE. Neither were successful. The screen never tells you what information is not correct, so I really don't have a screen shot that will tell you what is happening but I will just show you where the process is stuck. Thanks!!
