sabio Posted April 22, 2014 Share Posted April 22, 2014 Hi, This problem happens a lot and I cant believe it has not been addressed in 1.6. Customers using the guest check out with while making the purchase on the site, and then later decide to register their email as an account, and voila the order is gone. They login with the email they made the purchase with, but cant see their order, and if they try to guest track it - they cant because PS tells them they have a customer account "This guest account has been converted to a customer account please login to see your order" That's not true, as the order is not there regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
