deepee Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 (edited) Hi All The Cart Block positioned itself on the left column after my 1.5 upgrade to 1.6.0.6. I'd like to move it above the top menu bar to the space on the the right of Search Bar (which seems to be the default hook) but nothing I have tried works. Any way to do this? deepee Posted April 22, 2014 Author Share Posted April 22, 2014 After more experimentation I got the cart to appear in the left column by making displayLeftColumn the only hook. Trouble is, I need it in the header to the right of the quick search bar and nothing I have tried works. On top of that, I unhooked the quick search bar from the displayHeader hook to see if I could move the cart block into that space. It didn't have any effect and now I can't get it back into the displayheader hook! Live Edit also has no effect on these hooks. The other frustrating thing is, I have another test site I upgraded a while back to 1.6.03. The cart block and quick search block appear exactly where I need them. Using exactly the same settings, I am unable to get the hooks to work on this 1.6.06 site. I've spent hours on it and am well and truly stuck!
