Problem with login on prestashop

Hello community, we have a prestashop 1.5.4.1 installed and everything works perfect except for one thing - the login function.

 

When the customer has registered and tries to login its like the page just refreshes but nothing happens, it doesn't even say "wrong details" or anything.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions where we should look? What module might be causing this etc.

i will create test account on my own.

 

if you tested it on own computer, it's possible that you've got some cookie conflict in your browser.

this is why i want to test it on my own

Sorry, not sure what this exactly means, Im a prestanewbie.

 

But here is a list of all installed modules, maybe you can point me to which direction I should look.

i removed ftp credentials from public. it's dangerous to provide data like that.

i checked your website,

i thought that this case can be related to overrides - but unfortunately, you haven't got any override - so in this case everything is OKAY. problem is somewhere else

Thanks for your help vekia, we will check around some more to try and find this problem.

 

I just noticed now that on the dashboard of our site it says this:

 

 

 

Do you think this could be the cause?

We will download fresh copy of prestashop and re-install it instead, think code might have been lost on this version.
