How I can send a paypal request to customer after creating a NEW Order

Hi Helper,

 

I have a question for PayPal that if I created a NEW Order to my customer, how can I send a paypal request or email to my customer for the payment? It is because I need to give them a shipping discount in the new order, so that when I created a NEW order, I need to send a paypal request payment to my customer. How can I do?

can't you create a new order in the back office, and select to send the customer an email to pay it?

I can create the new order and send to customer an email to pay it. But the problem is that, if the order is created, and I give a discount to customer in BO, how can user pay with the paypal for their payment?

hi you just have to manually send the paypal money request from paypal website. that's what i am doing for customers

Are you saying you give the discount after you create the order?  Why can't you create a cart with the discount, and then convert the cart to an order from the back office.  Doing that will allow you to send the payment request to the customer.
