elenaba Posted March 31, 2014 Share Posted March 31, 2014 Hi Today I was installing watermark module on my PS 1.6 and as I clicked on INSTALL , BO disappeared! Just a white page with this message: Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I 'm no more able to come in my BO, Someone can help? If I delete the watermark module with file manager Will it work again ? To restore delete watermark section. The problem is a bug in the module that write uncorrect information in this file. stevell Posted August 20, 2014 Share Posted August 20, 2014 Yes there is definitely a bug in the Watermark Module v0.9 My water mark stopped working and when I went to the module the ticks had gone from the image sizes that were to be watermarked. I put them back in but when I saved it, the site crashed and was inaccessible due the error "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." The problem was in the .htaccess file and there were two entries at the end of the file as listed below.
