[solved] Paypal doesn't show up at the check out page

I am trying to set up PayPal USA at my store. My PayPla account is already activated and set up at > modules > Payment > PayPal USA, Canada 1.3.1. > configure.

Also I checked all curreincies that I use at Currency restrictions and all countries at Country restrictions.

 

When I tried to buy items at my store, PayPal doesn't show up at the payment page.

 

Even though i live in the US, most of my customers are at Asia area, so I tried to buy the item with the address in Asia. PayPal does not show up because of this reason or what?  

 

Should I install the other modules rather than PayPal USA? I need PayPal for a payment, so please find the solution for me.

I'd uninstall this and try with the PayPal EU module.

Where can i download the latest Eu PayPal version ? and not the Usa. Any worldwide version without conflicts ?
