lighthouseweb
I have recently bought a brand new theme from Template Monster that has been approved by Prestashop So they tell me that I need to do this 1. Go to Module 2. Import/export a theme - Click on configure 3. Import from your computer - find the file that template monster tell me to upload file332.zip 4. click on NEXT - it uploads 5. once its done the screen refreshed then nothing happens - i should go tell me that its going to install it but nothing. This is so frustrating as this is a simple step.. I have been at this for about 5 hours now.. I have tried to do it manually but template monsters help for what Mods to add where is not really that good.. (I have used them for lots of Joomla sites and they don't explain ) Does anyone have any advice as I'm new at this and this is not a good first impression of this software Thanks

NemoPS
Do you get a blank page? Can you try enabling error reporting as suggested in my signature?
lighthouseweb
Ok there must be a bug. I'm going from memory here don't have the screen up I was reading the theme installation page and then noticed there was a FTP upload So I put the theme.zip file in the correct spot that it told me to put it.. Then I click the button and VOLA it started the theme install process. So again there must be a issue with the File upload theme .. I tested it on both FF and Chrome and both didnt work.. the template was from Template monster as I bought it in prestashop theme website . I hope this help other and get prestashop to fix this issue..
