how to delete mobile theme in my prestashop theme

i using prestashop theme by free leo shoes them...

 

i wanna delete mobile version.. i just want using full site if someone open my site in their smartphone or their phone or thei ipad..

 

i alreqady using disable mobile theme.. in the preferance- disable mobile and smartphone.. 

but no change..

 

 

please help me to solve this...

your theme hasn't got "mobile" version

it's a responsive template.

 

it mean that you have to remove responsiveness from theme,

there is no other way to disable responsiveness.

in cases related to responsive templates, 

some of the themes has got own control panel (module to configure theme)

where you can disable /e nable responsiveness, maybe this leotheme theme has got the same feature?

Hi I have this same problem, buy leo theme template City Mart supposedly came with a mobile version, but that version does not work well and more pointing "disable mobile version" is not removed. 

 

Apart from the above have to do this: 

 

In backofiice: module-> leo theme posicion panel. 

Top right give the button "leo theme Control panel" 

and there disable "responsive feature." 

 

But this does not solve the problem, you have purchased a template specifically for mobile and it must be deactivated because it works well and goes slower than if you leave the original page.

Hola yo tengo este mismo problema, compre la plantilla leo theme City Mart que supuestamente venia con una versión móvil, pero dicha versión no funciona bien y por más que señalaba "desactivar versión movil" no se quitaba.

 

Aparte de lo anterior hay que hacer esto:

 

En el backofiice: modulos-> leo theme posicion panel.

Arriba a la derecha dar al boton "leo theme control panel"

y ahí desactivar el "responsive feature".

 

Pero esto no soluciona el problema, se ha comprado un plantilla expresamente porque  vale para móvil y tiene que estar desactivado porque no funciona bien y va más lento que si dejas la página original.
