Hellow everyone. I recently moved homeslider on mobile theme after "search block" with @vekia `s help. (thanks a lot again). I have pasted this in public_html/themes/default-bootstrap/modules/blocksearch/blocksearch-top.tpl {if Context::getContext()->getMobileDevice() == true}{hook h='displayTopColumn' mod='homeslider'}{/if} Now i have a little problem. I use PS 1.5.6.2 and if somebody clicks on the "Confirm order" button (after selecting payment type) the order confirmation page does not display on mobile devices (I use the default mobile theme) with Android Chrome and Firefox. It works correctly in PC browsers. What can be the problem, how can I debug it?

Hello everybody, I just installed a fresh prestashop-application on my server - version 1.5.4.1 - and bought a responsive template ('bestchoice' from themeforest) and installed it, everything seemed to be fine. When I checked my site in mobile devices, like my iPhone, I figured out, that it shows off the standard mobile version, which comes with the prestashop-system itself and not the responsive version of my template. I disabled this option in the admin-panel -> Preferences > Themes. Also I cleared the safari-cache of my iPhones, so it's definitely a system-problem. Anybody an idea how to fix this, or maybe an advise, where I have to look in the prestashop-files to work on the code? Thanks alot for your time! Chris

I would like to be able to hide certain display modules when viewed from a mobile device. Better yet, I would like if there was the option to load a specific mobile theme in 1.6. I understand that Prestashop has gone the responsive route which is fine as long as it allows for an adaptive approach. I'm looking for suggestions on how to have an adaptive approach to a mobile display. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I cannot seem to be able to find any information about this at all. So I am asking it here, maybe someone knows the answer. There is a default mobile theme in prestashop 1.5. I have 1.5.3.1 and it works perfectly. The only thing I cannot find is the language and currency block. Is it possible to somehow add these to the mobile version of the theme? I have looked in Module positions but I cannot see a way to do it. Has anyone done it before? Could you share it please? Or is it not possible at the moment? Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!

Por ahora he realizado lo siguiente: - Marcar "Quiero desactivarlo" en "Activar el tema móvil", dentro de Preferencias > Temas. - Renombrar la carpeta que se llaman "mobile" dentro del theme que estoy usando. - Renombrar la carpeta que se llaman "mobile" dentro del default theme. Más información: - La URL de la tienda es esta: http://interfashionstore.com/ - Se ve el sitio móvil al acceder con la app de Safari o Chrome en un iPhone ¿Qué más puedo hacer para ver la misma web tanto en un ordenador como en un móvil? ¡Gracias de antemano! Hello! I created a shop using Prestashop 1.5.3.1 a couple of months ago! But i have a problem with the access it from a mobile phone. Even if I use the standard Prestashop theme, a alway get a "Error Loading Page" when I try to click on a product category. Can anyone help me? Hello, I have a problem with my responsive mobile site; I dont know hot to display mobile site to have all elements like main site. I still have default prestashop installation ads on my mobile site. Hi. Using Prestashop version 1.5.4.2, I have found problems in the mobile version of the default theme: on any mobile device, (including the normal window PC resized in small dimension like a smartphone screen), touch gallery in the product page does not work. On Windows Phone the magnified image is superimposed, while the images on Android does not get bigger at all, and you can not select and see others (only the default one)... why? what can I do to solve? Bonjour à tous, Je suis face à une erreur que je ne comprends pas sur mon PS 1.4.7.0 Lorsque j'accède sur ma page d'accueil depuis un mobile => theme mobile OK. Lorsque je navigue sur le site depuis le mobile => theme mobile OK PAR CONTRE, lorsque j'accède directement à une catégorie via son url => page blanche Pourtant, sur le test de compatibilité mobile GG, tout va bien.. J'ai essayé l'url d'une catégorie non réécrite, réécrite et même avec ?ps_theme_mobile=1, rien à faire, toujours cette page blanche.. J'ai l'impression que la navigation par le theme mobile de Presta ne se fait qu'à partir de l'accueil.. Quelqu'un a une idée ? Merci d'avance à tous ceux qui tenteront de m'aider

I am using the below to target a cms page so that a bit of script is only shown on that page. This always works great on the 'standard' theme but on the default mobile theme shipped with PS 1.5, there seems to be a problem. The page doesn't always seem to know what page it is on and so is not loading the correct content. I notice too that the body id i snot updated from idex to cms as it should be. The code I am using is: {if $smarty.get.id_cms == 8 || $smarty.get.id_cms == 7} If I refresh the page then the content shows correctly, but if I navigate to that page from the homepage, then the body id remains index not cms and the page specific content is not shown

Hi everyone, I'm quite new in prestashop and I would like to know if there is a way to debug in the mobile theme in prestashop. I created my own payment module and everything is working for the full site version of the site but for the mobile version when the I am about to click the "Confirm Order" button in prestashop it returns an error loading page. When the button is clicked again it returns a blank page. If there is anyway to perform a debug in the mobile version, please direct me. Thanks. I am using prestashop 1.5.x. Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi, I am looking to implement a mobile theme / module to my current prestashop 1.4.9 theme. Now when customers visit our site from mobil devices the site is shown as "normal", but this is not optimal on such a small screen, so we want to have a mobile theme which are used when customers visit our shop from mobil phones. I have tried to set-up the "Mobile Template v0.5.3", but I find it very difficult to edit to get the look I am after. If possible we can use this free module or a paid module as basis and then work from there on. If you are interested to help me please let me know. I am not sure this is the correct forum, but I am stuck. I purchased a theme from uwebstores.com that was a 1.4.7 theme. I have successfully migrated it to 1.5.6.2. Here's my problem... on my test site (www.thesafariclothingstore.com) it works perfectly fine and as expected in all of my browsers (firefox, ie and chrome)... However, after moving it to my live site (www.theoutdoorsurvivalgearstore.com) - it only displays the mobile theme when viewing in chrome. I have NO idea why this behavior is occurring - any help would be most appreciated. Thanks! ======================================================================== I have no idea what happened other than maybe chrome was holding a cookie for the site from the last time it was viewed within that browser... but after clicking on the "browse full site" link at the bottom of the mobile theme - it began working as expected. Sorry for my short-sightedness.

[CLOSED] Prestashop 1.5.6 www.inkoutlet.nl using define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); does not produce error output. 1.) My shop is displaying white pages. After reload in most cases it will dispay the requested page. I found a similar topic here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/220984-white-screen-when-clicking-on-page-refresh-and-it-loads-fine/?do=findComment&comment=1557237 The point is, I cannot understand this coding and I do not even know if that really is the solution for my problem. So I need someone to do the job. 2.) The mobile theme does not work properly. Please send me a fair quote to ghva67 [a] gmail.com only if you can offer to completely solve one (or both) of the issues and make my site work like it should.

Hello, I have installed prestashop v1.5.3 and developed custom payment modules for it. My problem is that the "payment_execution.tpl" do not display for my custom payment modules in the mobile theme. Anytime i chose those payment methods the page loads to a blank page, but the default payment modules (bankwire, check ) works perfectly in the mobile theme. Please I need your help.

The mobile theme of my site does not show the responsive bar/buttons. in stead it shows all the categories in a tree view with tiny letters that cannot be used for navigation on a mobile phone. I looks like some css files are missing. Can I reinstall the default mobile theme without affecting the desktop theme? Hi I've finally taken the plunge and upgraded from 5.2 to 5.3.1 I've got most things working as expected except the mobile theme. When I enable it and view the theme on a mobile there's no styling applied and the theme appears just as a list of categories, when I click on these and go to the category, the product lists and product pages appear broken. My question is, has anyone got the mobile theme working on 1.5.3.1 and if so how did you do it? Could you give me a link to look at your mobile site. I can't find any difference between 1.5.2 and 1.5.3 mobile themes files, so I'm wondering if this may be the problem, but I'm a bit lost and any help or info would be appreciated. Nigel

Hello, I just installed Prestashop 1.6.0.8 and everything is working fine. Only, the problem is when i access to my web trought a Smartphone then it loads the normal standard web design. I have enabled mobile theme for smartphones and tablets. Can somebody tells me why this is not working? Thanks.

A noter que le problème se pose lorsque j'active le thème mobile pour les appareils mobiles, les tablettes tactiles, ou les deux à la fois (Préférences > Thèmes > Apparence du thème > Apparence > Activer le thème mobile > Je veux l'activer uniquement pour les appareils mobiles/uniquement pour les tablettes tactiles/pour les tablettes tactiles et les appareils mobiles). Auriez-vous une solution à ce bug? Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
